Thank you for shopping with Transmutation Audio. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Europe — 7–20 business days
- United Kingdom — 7–20 business days
- United States & Canada — 10–25 business days
- Rest of World — 15–30 business days
Please note these are estimates and delays can occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high demand periods.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at d.l.bachouse@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
Print-on-Demand Products Branded merchandise items are fulfilled separately by our print partner and may arrive in a separate package. Delivery times for these items are typically 5–10 business days within the EU.
